Daheem Richardson serves in a strategic capacity within Flip the Switch Counseling, LLC, an independently operated behavioral-health counseling practice focused on client restoration and structured accountability systems.

Having completed all BSAS-approved educational coursework required toward the Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor Assistant (LADC-A) credential and holding certification as a Certified Addiction Recovery Coach (CARC), Daheem brings more than 2,000 hours of supervised clinical and field experience in behavioral-health and recovery-support settings to the mission he supports.

His approach blends professional discipline with lived insight—drawing from a personal journey of transformation to help others build resilience. As the designer of the H.D.D.P. Curriculum (Hard Work, Dedication, Discipline, Preparation), Daheem develops behavioral-change systems now applied in youth, recovery-support, and re-entry environments.

Flip the Switch Counseling operates through a legacy-controlled structure and delivers therapeutic counseling services that incorporate innovative interventions—such as interactive gaming, creative expression, and optional spiritual integration—meeting clients with both innovation and care.

Daheem’s focus is not institutional; it is transformational. Every strategy he advances is designed to restore personal order, build emotional strength, and position individuals to walk in discipline, structure, and legacy.

Noraida Morales-Colon is a passionate Behavioral Health Technician and recent graduate of Mount Wachusett Community College with a degree in Human Services.

She brings a strong foundation in mental-health counseling, recovery support, and client advocacy to her role at Flip the Switch Counseling.

With lived experience and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals in recovery, Noraida is committed to walking alongside clients on their path toward stability and self-empowerment.

Her calm presence, cultural sensitivity, and dedication to service make her a valued member of the Flip the Switch team.

Noraida continues to grow professionally as she pursues additional training and certifications in behavioral health.

Alicia Rapson, MA, LMHC

Alicia Rapson is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and founder of Water Bear Counseling.

With a master’s in Counseling Psychology and over a decade of experience, Alicia serves as a clinical supervisor and trauma specialist for Flip the Switch Counseling.

Alicia specializes in anxiety, trauma, and emotional regulation, and is trained in EMDR.

Her supervision ensures that all counseling services remain compliant, evidence-based, and trauma-informed.

She is dedicated to creating safe, affirming spaces for healing and personal growth.

As both a private-practice owner and clinical partner, Alicia helps ensure quality care and professional development across the Flip the Switch team.

Desiree Maldonado, LICSW

Desiree Maldonado is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with extensive experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

As a therapist and group facilitator at Flip the Switch Counseling, she brings warmth, insight, and clinical depth to every session.

Her holistic, strengths-based approach helps clients tap into resilience while addressing emotional and behavioral patterns that hold them back.

Desiree combines evidence-based methods with cultural awareness and practical strategies to build trust and foster lasting change.

She also leads therapeutic groups focused on emotional regulation, self-esteem, and wellness.

Olivia Bell

Olivia Bell is a compassionate and dedicated human-services professional with a bachelor’s degree in Human Services and an upcoming master’s in Social Work.

She brings extensive experience providing therapeutic support to individuals and families in both clinical and residential settings.

Her professional background includes roles with UMass Memorial Community Healthlink, NFI Intensive Residential Program, and Arbour Counseling Services, where she developed expertise in client care, coordination, and crisis intervention.

Olivia is passionate about empowering clients through evidence-based practices—including DBT, CBT, and play-therapy techniques that foster growth and resilience.

At Flip the Switch Counseling, Olivia serves as a clinician and H.D.D.P. facilitator, guiding clients through the Hard Work, Dedication, Discipline, and Preparation framework to promote emotional balance, personal accountability, and lasting positive change.
